Raise your GPA to 3.5

This chart is designed to show you the quickest way to raise your overall GPA to a 3.0 (if it is currently between 2.0 & 2.9). Locate your current overall GPA across the top and your total number of credits earned along the left. The intersect is the number of credits that must be completed at 4.0 to raise your overall GPA to 3.0. Remember any remaining credits needed for graduation must be completed at 3.0 or higher. If the intersect falls in a shaded area you must finish your remaining credits at 4.0 plus retake classes that have low grades. The number on the left is the number of credits needed to graduate, all of which must be completed at a 4.0, the number on the right is the maximum number of credits that must be retaken and completed at a 4.0. Note: if your lowest grades were all CBs then the number on the right is the actual number of credits that must be retaken but if your lowest grades were Ds, then it is possible to achieve a 3.0 having to make up less than the number of credits shown.
