We are currently hiring for both bachelor's and master's level
positions.  We are looking to fill trainee, tutor, senior tutor, and
consultant positions for a hospital based ABA treatment program.  We are
located in Berkley Michigan.  Towards the summer, we will be looking for
a clinical manager for CARE (minimum MA, BCBA and eligibility for
licensure in MI).

Qualified Senior Training Specialist:  To work on a large automotive client’s business
Position: Open immediately
Salary dependent on qualifications and experience

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Training, Human Performance Technology, Human Resource Development or equivalent
  • Two or more years work experience in training and development
  • Strong  skills in:
    • Analysis, design, development, evaluation of training programs
    • Written and oral communication
    • Computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Desirable: Experience in automotive industry, especially training for dealerships

Specific Job Responsibilities:                    

  • Provide training (HPT/ISD) perspective to the team on client’s needs and specific programs
  • Fulfill own roles/responsibilities (provide deliverables; meet deadlines; and identify issues that may affect timing, budget, client satisfaction, etc.)
  • Design appropriate solutions that are based on research and/or best-practices (solutions include: analysis, design, development and evaluation)
  • Provide training input for the program/project scope, timelines and budget to achieve profitable results. Suggest ways to increase profit and/or cost savings of a program and/or individual projects
  • Build a strong, trusting relationship with the client by learning the client’s business and meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Provide analysis of client needs (ask clients, Subject Matter Experts, functional groups, etc. to find out as much as possible before recommending a solution)
  • Identify the client’s needs proactively
  • Develop and/or support development of training portion of proposals
  • Act as a SME in partnership with CMG team members in the areas of ISD and HPT
  • Demonstrate improved use of key financial indicators and use financial analysis to evaluate options and opportunities
  • Use specified technology tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, e-mail, Explorer) and learn others tools as required
  • Communicate effectively (both in writing and speaking) with team members and clients
